La Reale
La Reale is the embodiment of art and substance; this traditionally styled, top-of-the-range coffee machine is entirely shaped by light; the light creates copper and steel reflections on its body, as well as the suffused light of its LED profiles and its subtle, but suggestive, backlights. Design that optimises ergonomics for the barista: angled display, working area with LED, easy-to-move steam activation levers and angled filter holder handle as well as cool touch stream wands.
Independent coffee boilers give high temperature stability and the option for different temperatures for each group. La Reale is fitted with insulated boilers and an energy saving mode.
Dynamic flow control allows a Barista to set different flow rate profiles for the coffee extraction that influences extraction variables such as colour, body, acidity and bitterness allowing the Barista to bring out different flavours from the same coffee beans.
