There are some straightforward steps you can take to make your investment work for you.

• Carry out preventative maintenance. Coffee tastes much better from a routinely-serviced machine.
• Monitor the performance of your machine, and call for a service if you think it’s needed. Busy machines may need to be serviced at more frequent intervals.
• Make sure you replace the water filter or regenerate the ion exchange water softener in line with your engineer’s recommendation. If you don’t deal with problems with lime, you can cause your machine to under-perform, and it could end up devaluing the machine and cause higher repair and maintenance costs.
