All high-performance machines have one thing in common: they need looking after. So when you buy coffee equipment from Watermark, we want you to know that we’ll deal with any future repair issues quickly, correctly and professionally. That means a quality after-sales service, guaranteed.

We’re able to offer this because we make it our business to understand yours. We know coffee and what it means to you. We know the business from the inside. We understand how the machines work and what needs to be done when they don’t.

What we Deliver

Our service has 7-day nationwide coverage, throughout Ireland, and we offer same-day/next-day service response. The speed of our response is dependent on the time of the day the call is logged with us, and the severity of emergency involved. We aim to have a first time fix rate of 98% for all of our calls, we are currently averaging 98.6%. We also offer an after-hours telephone helpline to deal with any queries or offer assistance to get you up and running. This service is provided free and will hopefully help you to avoid the cost of a call out.
