Watermark Coffee Technology

The Bunn BrewWise ThermoFresh filter machines are vacuum-insulated high-volume coffee machines, available in black or stainless steel, which can brew from 43.2 litres (single) to 71.5 litres (double) of perfect coffee per hour, into a portable server.

The machines brew 1.9 litre, 3.8 litre or 5.7 litre batches, and store individual coffee recipes so operators can easily brew many varieties.

Coffee extraction is controlled with pre-infusion and pulse brew, digital temperature control, and large sprayhead, and coffee strength is controlled with variable by-pass.
